Man I had low expectations going into this, but…. the tinypod is pretty bad.
The wheel just does not work most of the time. Also the plastic is really greasy . Feels gross.
even got my dog screaming MUSTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARD
She said “yes” chat!!
Recent photos from my camera roll. Shot @ 14mm on micro 4/3.
I tried lubing my old Magic Keyboard just for kicks and it makes a huge difference!
I might try lubing the whole board now haha. What a meme.
Top board is unlubed, bottom is lubed.
Sound test for the parallel portal.
I had NK silk switches in here previously, but I swapped them out for the roller linears, because of how solid the roller switches feel with ceramic caps. The silks feel really loose in comparison - ceramic caps are so heavy that it just amplifies any stem wobble.
That said, I think the NK silks sounded way nicer... you win some you lose some.

Wrapped up two projects this weekend.
Parallel portal
• roller linear switches
• mix of ceramic white/red caps, and neon green polycarbonate caps
Rama thermal seq2
• Lubed/filmed Zaku linear switches
• KAT black on white keycaps
• brass 7u spacebar (it’s so heavy that I had to mod the spacebar switch with an extra strong spring )
